Succumb to your senses at the 2011 Good Food & Wine Show which kicks off in Melbourne, Australia’s food Mecca, from Friday 3 June to Sunday 5 June, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Wharf.
This year will also mark the tenth anniversary of the Sydney Good Food & Wine Show, which will be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 1 July to Sunday 3 July.
The scrumptious line-up at this year’s Show, held annually in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and
Brisbane, will include a selection of Australia’s finest food and wine over three jam-packed days, and feature all the attractions Show-goers have come to love alongside some exciting new additions.
Back behind the hot plates in the Fisher & Paykel Celebrity Theatre will be leading chefs, George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, Matt Moran, Manu Feildel and Tobie Puttock, cooking up a culinary storm with new recipes and tantalising ingredients.
