Jessica Mauboy announced as the face of Target Australia

We have some exciting news from Target. Talented singer and actress Jessica Mauboy will become  Target’s new face for brands Womenswear range.

Jessica is one of Australia’s top performers and is currently on of our most well-known music artists. Gorgeous, talented and my word, she can sing! We love her music and if you want to be amazed at how truly talented she is, google Jess singing Disney movie songs. It is fantastic. Jessica is also an accomplished actress.

Jessica becoming the face of Target is a match made in heaven, as she is relatable, likable and an all round gorgeous person and we are sure she will be a fantastic ambassador for the brand.

Of the pairing, Target Managing Director, Stuart Machin, said Jessica will represent Target’s new fashion and style credentials.

“Target Womenswear has undergone a style transformation, making fashion more accessible and affordable for all Australian women. Jessica is down to earth, and a much loved Aussie icon, which is why she’s the perfect fit for Target,” Mr Machin said.

Jessica is excited to be working with Target over the coming year.

“I love fashion and having fun with clothes, so to be the new face for Target Womenswear is a dream come true,” Jessica said.

“I have always shopped at Target and worn their clothes and accessories since I was a little kid, so it feels great to part of the Target family.

“I am excited to show Australia that Target has got serious style and is the perfect place to shop for fashion on a budget.”

Jessica’s ambassadorial role with Target will include photo-shoots, media and event appearances with the brand over the next 12 months.

“We believe Jessica’s fashion and style confidence will help demonstrate Target is a great value fashion destination for all Australian women,” Mr Machin said.
