We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but is your breakfast as healthy as it should be?
We are huge fans of bircher muesli, yogurt and muesli and smoothies for breakfast but we weren’t receiving the amount of nutrients we could have been.
Blackmores have recently launched their new Superfoods + Nature Boost range offering six nutritional powders suitable for a host of recipes including; single origin cacao, chia, matcha green tea, coconut water, super greens and a wild blueberry blend. We have shared our favourite recipes from Blackmores below:

Banana Matcha Whip

Banana Matcha Whip
Ingredients
● Zest, rind, juice of 1 lemon
● 1 tbs honey
● 1/2 tsp ginger juice (grate fresh ginger)
● 3 frozen bananas, halved
● 1tbs Blackmores Matcha Green Tea
● 1tbs Blackmores Raw Chia
Method
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until just smooth (don’t over process or bananas will melt). Resist the temptation to eat the mixture, and put it in an airtight container and freeze. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. If you like, you can give it another very quick buzz in the food processor before you eat it.
