I have a Wii secret

I have a Wii secret…. I think I love our Nintendo Wii more than the boys do… but shhhhh don’t tell them that!
Why, you may ask, do you love the Wii so much? Well, it has given me the motivation to get onto the road to fitness. You see it all started with Wii Fit and its balance board, when it came out… it was ok but got a tad boring after a while. Not long after, I then bought Wii Fit Plus, which is much better but having to stop and start after each section and select another task can be a pain and not really very conducive to a decent work out, but very fun all the same. I love all the different activities you can do.

Then I found Your Shape, which is fantastic!! No more holding the Wii controller. No missed movements because the Wii didn’t pick up the signal to the controller, while you are jumping around. Your Shape is the first fitness game that comes with a camera peripheral included inside the box. Featuring Ubisoft’s proprietary Body Tracking technology, the game enables players to scan their bodies and then projects their images onto the TV, creating a personalised and interactive workout. Based on the player’s specific body shape analysis, fitness level and personal goals,Your Shape is able to recommend the work out program that is best suited for them. It is like having your own personal trainer!!
Key Features:

Each move is fully effective and efficient– Featuring unique Body Tracking camera technology that scans your body and gives you real-time feedback on your movements.
Workout program adapted to your specific needs and desires-Use the Shape Select or to workout one specific part of your body based on your personal fitness goals.
Constant motivation thanks to the virtual coach’s real-time feedback-The game features a virtual coach that provides verbal and visual feedback on all of the player’s movements to ensure that each minute invested achieve maximum results. The coach is always by the player’s side, motivating them to reach their goals.
Tutorials–Access a tutorial section where you will be able to watch a model demonstrate exactly how a move is done correctly.
Workout routine is always fresh and exciting-With almost 500 unique exercises featuring Yoga, Cardio Fitness, Strength Training, Flexibility and Weight Loss routines.
My other favourite game is Just Dance! Just Dance is soooo much fun!!!  And it is a lot of fun with friends over with a few drinks 😉  Even the kids have heaps of fun busting out some moves!!
I am super excited to hear that Just Dance 2 will be out soon and today Ubisoft announced the full track list of its anticipated game Just Dance 2. After the success of the first installment, which has sold more than 4 million units to date, Just Dance 2 returns with a brand new track list of more than 40 popular songs, with each song featuring its own choreography.
