Nothing is better than having a quiet moment with a friend or relative having a cuppa and a chat or even a cuppa on your own for 5 minutes without the kids harassing you and what better way to indulge yourself than with a gorgeous tea with amazing flavours and cupcakes to go with it? OK, the cupcakes can be used as bribery and for silencing the offspring, if need be, so you can get some ‘me’ time in. Failing that, tell them there is a surprise in the backyard and lock them out…. joking, who could be bothered putting a surprise in the backyard… sheesh!
Anyhoo, back to our tea and cupcakes…. my favourite tea in the whole wide world is the Madam Flavour range of teas. Beautifully packaged, you could even leave the boxes out to decorate your kitchen shelve they are so pretty! The infuser pods are little triangles made of a silky cloth and you can see the tea, spices and flowers in the infuser pods! Not like those cheaper paper tea bags…. eherm… Liptons and Bushells.
My favourite flavour is the White with Rose tea. You don’t need to add anything to it as the rose gives the tea some sweetness… yay, no sugar = good for the hips 😉 Plus the white tea isn’t as strong as black tea in flavour. This tea is also the highest in antioxidants in the Madam Flavour teas.
Another favourite is the Green, Jasmine and Pear, fantastic for an afternoon pick me up.
The smell, of both of these teas, is absolutely divine and makes you feel good. Making you feel good inside and out makes Madam Flavour teas pretty special teas in my books!
