July releases at HOYTS

Things get really exciting this month with the highly anticipated releases of Oppenheimer, Mission: Impossible 7, and Barbie.

July 6th

Insidious: The Red Door

The horror franchise’s original cast returns for the final chapter of the Lambert family’s terrible saga. The story picks up 10 years after the last instalment and follows Josh dropping his son Dalton off at College. The College experience soon becomes a living nightmare when the repressed demons of their past suddenly return to haunt them both.

Joy Ride

On the search for one of their birth mothers, four Asian-American friends travel through Asia. Through humorous twists, they bond and discover the truth of what it means to know and love who you are. A hilarious comedy that will leave you laughing and even pull on a few heartstrings.

July 8th

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1

Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team must track down a dangerous new weapon that threatens all of humanity.

July 13th

Psycho-Pass Providence (Japanese, English subtitles)

While attending a meeting as a Chief Inspector of the Public Security Bureau, Akene Tsunemori receives an unexpected report of an incident on a foreign vessel. Tsunemori embarks on an adventure to understand this strange and big case.

July 14th

Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty 

Follows two people who appear to be in different stages of life. She lives in London as a chef, and he is a stand-up comedian from Hyderabad.

When a group of friends discover how to conjure spirits using an embalmed hand, they become hooked on the new thrill, until one of them goes too far.

Barbie

The highly anticipated, star-studded film from Greta Gerwig follows eccentric and individualistic Barbie exiled from Barbie land for her imperfections.

Oppenheimer

This highly anticipated film from Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer is the story of American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and his role in the development of the first atomic bomb.

July 24th

Have You Got It Yet? Syd Barrett & Pink Floyd

The story of cult icon, enigma, and recluse Syd Barrett, and the unanswered questions of his life.

This film follows the moment Barrett was kicked out of Pink Floyd, from the narrative of him going from ground-breaking musician to iconic rocker and manic, unstable star.

July 27th

 Sisu

An ex-solider discovers gold in the Lapland wilderness and tries to loot the city, Nazi soldiers led by a brutal SS officer battle him.
