In 1920’s, Coco Chanel revolutionised the world of fake tanning as she returned from the French Riviera with a glowing bronzed tan. This gave way to a whole new era of social standing. It was no longer deemed fashionable to withhold a pale complexion. Coco declared that “A girl simply has to be tanned”. She “turned fashion on its head, so that bronzed skin became emblematic of glamour rather than peasantry; of a leisured life rather than outdoor labour”.
From the 60’s through to the 80’s, it was quite popular to obtain a tan from lying in the sun or using tanning beds.
Unfortunately, the art of sun worshipping and tanning beds soon became a no-no due to the high chance of skin damage, aging and, of course, skin cancers.
Self-tanning became popular again but had it’s downsides such as the smell, orange colouring and chemicals. Then along came Noelle O’Connor and her self-tanning range, TanOrganic.
TanOrganic is the World’s first and only Ecocertified organic self-tanning brand.
The Eco Certification separates TanOrganic from all other natural tanning products as it proves all their products are natural and organic.
All of their products are made from 99.6% natural ingredients and do not contain parabens, toxic preservatives, artificial drying agents, perfumes or fragrances (meaning no fake tan smell!).
TanOrganics Self tanner and Tan Oil are made from moisturising ingredients that give a natural, streak free tan that fades perfectly. These are the perfect products for those who care about what they put on their skin but want a professional looking self-tan that hydrates and rejuvenates the skin.
