New Coles research shows spending time with family is the number one-way Coles customers plan to celebrate Mum this year (58%), followed by giving flowers (14%) and sharing a special meal (11%)[1]. With 45% of customers expecting partners or kids to take on the cooking, Coles is making Mother’s Day entertaining simple with the Made Easy Sweet & Savoury Roasting Box 1.9kg ($35 per pack, approx. $8.75 per serve). Serving four, the ready to heat meal includes slow cooked roast beef crusted in garlic, roast potatoes, gravy and mini choc brownies, and can be enjoyed as is or paired with Mum’s favourite sides.
