Emerson’s new Spring Summer range is stylish, affordable, great quality and practical. All of which are essential for stylish Mums on the go. Don’t you think?
All the key looks for the upcoming season are included in the Emerson range from Big W. Monochrome, stripes, spots, oranges and blues are all there at an affordable price range. Most of the range is under $20!
I decided to go for a nautical/ french riviera type look. I am automatically drawn to anything stripey (I swear I have at least 10 stripey tops, three stripey maxi skirts, two striped maxi dresses, a stripe jacket…. you get the idea), so the Emerson navy and white stripe skirt caught my eye first.
The Emerson stripe skirt features a cute red zip at the back and pockets… yes, pockets! Every Mum needs a skirt with pockets… phone, tissues, keys, when your mani isn’t looking it’s best and you need somewhere to hide your hands….
I can see the Emerson white denim jacket getting a lot of use over the warmer months. Melbourne doesn’t really get hot until January/ Febuary so layers are still required over Spring and Summer, especially early morning and late afternoon’s doing the school run. It will be fantastic over dresses.
Basic tees are a basic necessity in any wardrobe and for under $10 each, you can afford to have a few in each colour!
I am in love the red wedges, how cute are they? Can’t wait to wear them when the weather warms up.
How much are they I hear you ask. The denim jacket was only $24, the tee shirt is $9.95, stripe skirt $18.96 and the red knot wedge shoes were $18.96 marked down to $7.58. A whole outfit for under $60!
The Emerson range also has a gorgeous assortment of jewellery in all of the latest styles and colours. I love the turquoise necklace and earrings I bought. The earrings were $4.95 and the necklace $12.95.
Here is a better pic of the outfit and clearer view of the necklace because selfies in the ensuite are so hot right now. Erm ok maybe not but I wanted to show you a clearer picture of my outfit.
