We are off to Sea World Resort

SWR - Buckets

On Saturday, thanks to Sea World, we are off to the newly refurbished Sea World Resort for a well-earned break and some much needed sunshine. Melbourne has had their longest cold snap in twenty years and we seriously need some vitamin D!

Of course, I will be filling you in via Twitter, the Mummy of Style and Substance Facebook page, Instagram and on here (obviously!), of our adventures while we are there.

The boys are so excited and can’t wait to stay at Sea World Resort. We holidayed in QLD last September, the boys haven’t stopped raving about it and how they want to go back.

Although, we didn’t stay at Sea World Resort, we did spend a full day at Sea World enjoying all the theme park has to offer. Dinosaur Island (what boy doesn’t love Dinosaurs?), Penguin Point (we watched the penguins for ages, they are quite cute and definitely have distinctive personalities), the aquarium at Shark Bay was amazing and to be able to touch sea creatures was fun and we really enjoyed the Dolphin Cove show.

We are really looking forward to seeing Henry, the baby polar bear, in the Polar Bear Shores Polar Pre-school. Henry is so cute. I just want to cuddle him, although I’m sure Mum wouldn’t be too impressed with that.

The boys enjoy watching Sponge Bob and the Nickelodeon channel and are looking forward to meeting the characters and watching the Sponge Bob light show at the Sea World Resort.

Of course, I am looking forward to relaxing by the pool, while the boys play in it.

Of course, I can always go and do this while the boys are playing or at the kids club:

massage

Aaahhhh!

Or I could just have a drink or two at the Lobby Lounge, eat my way through the buffet at the Shoreline restaurant or maybe some sushi at the Hatsuhana restaurant.

So much to do and so little time…. Where will we start?

*We were gifted a family break at Sea World Resort for editorial consideration as per our Disclosure Policy.
