WSS Beauty: YSL Beauty Night Out

YSL Beauty is synominous with luxurious, ‘before their time’ innovative beauty essentials that are coveted by beauty and fashion gurus the world over. The beautiful gold packaging is instantly recognisable and is classically chic, and the YSL logo is always eye catching on all of their products from gorgeous pallets to their stunning lip colours.

The newly released Rouge Volupté Shine Lipstick is truly going to be a cult product, this oil-in-stick lipstick combines voluptuous glide-and-go colour with built-in comfort that locks in care thanks to 6 sensorial oils that kiss lips with longlasting moisture. The more you use it, the better your lips will be!

To celebrate the launch of their latest beauty product the Rouge Volupté Shine Lipstick, YSL are hosting the party of all parties. YSL are hosting parties across the globe: Paris, London, Tokyo and Sydney.

200 VIP guests include celebrities, models, actors, influencers, artists, media, photographers, architects, stylists, designers – you name it, it’s the up and coming and leaders in their fields are invited to attend.

For the VIPs the event starts as a cocktail party from 7.00-8.30pm in the Rouge Volupte Shine space. There will be champagne and themed cocktails and canapé service, makeup stations, a DJ and digital activations, before VIPs enter the world of new fragrance Black Opium Nuit Blanche for a 45 minute Flight Facilities gig.

The consumer journey began today with ticket collection. Only the first lucky 500 received the ‘golden ticket’.

On the day cues will start from 6.00pm – the first 100 to enter will receive a gorgeous YSL Beaute gift.

They will again enter their own Rouge Volupte Shine universe, where they can purchase champagne and cocktails, again themed around the three types of YSL Lipstick women – The Nightbird, The Day Bloomer and The Weekender. There will be make up stations and digital activations too. This is where the party starts.

Again, at 9.00pm the guests will enter into the Nuit Blanche universe where they will really party along to leading Australian DJs, Flight Facilities.

All consumers had to do was register their details HERE, and then visit the YSL Beauty counter at Myer Sydney City or David Jones Elizabeth St on Friday (1-8pm) and Saturday (1-7pm) for the first 500.

Over 700 people lined up around the block at David Jones and over 500 at Myer, only one hour into the ticket bonanza all 500 had been given away – with 1,000 people being turned away.
