WSS Style: 5 Summer Holiday Outfit Ideas. Win a Summer Outfit from Ezibuy!

Christmas and January holidays sees many Australians head to the beach or the bush for some relaxation. We usually head to the Grampians in between Christmas and New Year and then to Marysville in January but this year we are heading to Philip Island with the boys. Don’t forget to enter to win a weekend away at Reflections Holiday Parks worth over $500!

Either way, if you are heading to the sand or for a tree break, a comfortable and practical outfit is a must!

If you are going to a resort, staying at a hotel (like we are), camping or just staying locally (home), we have put together five outfit ideas from Ezibuy to cover your summer outfit needs.

Stripe Dress

Capture Cross Back Swing DressNext Slogan Floppy Hat and Emerge Evette Espadrille.

Personally, I think a stripe dress is a must in every women’s wardrobe for the summer months. Cool, comfortable but stylish at the same time, you cannot go past this classic combination. The back has a cute cross over detail too.

Of course, sun protection is a must and we are loving the Next Slogan hat. How cute is it? Espadrilles are probably the most versatile shoes you can wear over summer. Team them with dresses, shorts or even jeans and they look amazing. With the white and black tones of the Emmerge Evette Espadrille, you can team them with any colour outfit.

Black Dress  Capture Swimwear Maxi DressPanama Hat and Emerge Poppy Sandal Flat.

How gorgeous is the Capture Swimwear Maxi Dress? Great for popping over your swimsuit or bikini but dressy enough to wear on it’s own to check out the shops or cafe. This dress can be dressed up for going out for dinner or drinks with a pair of heels. I’m loving the Poppy sandals. Flat enough for wearing around but dressy enough to go out in. The panama hat offers stylish sun protection.

Quayside Secret Support Wrap Bodice SwimsuitCapture Swimwear Beach Short and Capture Embellished Thong

The Quayside Secret Support Wrap Bodice Suit is one of the most flattering swimsuits on the market. The wrap top detail draws your eyes upward and away from “problem” areas. Whether you are a size 8 or a size 20, this swimsuit would suit everyone. It also comes in 11 different colours/patterns. Because I am curvy, I’m not a fan of kaftans to pop over my bathers. They tend to make me look huge, so I usually opt for a dress like the two above or a pair of shorts such as the beach shorts, below. The shorts could be used as regular shorts with a tee shirt too, which makes packing easier. Who doesn’t love a bit of bling? Thongs can be quite boring but the Capture Embellished thongs are quite cute.

Jeans, tee and sneakers

In terms of comfort factor, jeans and a tee are one of the most favoured casual outfits of all time. Summer time doesn’t mean you have to stop wearing jeans. Light weight, crop jeans are perfect for those “not too hot” or in between days. I have a pair of the Capture jeans and they are probably the most comfortable jeans I own (just the right amount of stretch and looseness).  The floral embellishment gives a nod to this years hottest trend.

If you don’t already know, Ezibuy has collaborated with some designers to raise much needed funds for Breast Cancer Cure. This is a very important cause for me, as I lost my Mum to breast cancer five years ago and know how important it is that we find treatments and hopefully, a cure. Proceeds go to aid cancer research, treatments and cures – theT-Shirt is not only fashionable but will contribute vital funds towards helping those affected by breast cancer.  Not only are the tees are soft, stretchy, light and breathable – ensuring comfort and a high fashion finish but here are ten different products and designs to choose from too.

Of course, jeans and a tee need a pair of sneakers to finish off the look and pull on runners mean you can slide them on and off with ease. There are ten colours and prints to choose from but we love the silver print.

Off the shoulder top and denim shorts

Capture Cold Shoulder TopCapture Girlfriend Short and Hermione Sandal Heel.

Off the shoulder and cold shoulder tops are huge again this season and the Capture Cold Shoulder top is a lovely example of this trend. The top comes in five different colours to suit every taste. Denim shorts are a great summer staple but if you are like me and don’t have the body shape (or age) to pull off short denim shorts, mid length shorts are perfect. The Capture Girlfriend short is available in three colours; white, light wash or mid wash. The top and shorts are available in sizes 8-20. To complete this outfit we love a smart pair of comfortable sandals. You cannot go wrong with white during summer. A low heel makes these sandals comfortable and practical.
