Look after yourself

Recognise your achievements
Always humble, always brushing off compliments and relentlessly applauding others for their achievements. But who’s blowing your trumpet? If you’ve done achieved something today and you’re feeling good, then take a moment to really congratulate yourself. Nailed that parallel park? Good for you! Ticked off all your to-do list this morning? Well done! Make sure you’re always aware of the little wins in your life.
You know what it’s like – there never seems to be enough hours in the day! But, once you’re done running around for everybody, bending over backwards at work for your boss and keeping your team happy then it’s time to do something for yourself instead.
