There is no way in which superfoods can or should be treated as an easy fix. They aren’t the quick solution it the simple answer that many people want them to be. That’s not to say they can’t do good and help people improve their diet. But consuming them has to be combined with other changes.

 

Superfoods can be great for people looking for specific benefits and boosts. But you shouldn’t overestimate their power too much.

    Yes, true, even if they are deemed super food, they’re not the alternative medicine that can best cure us of our ailment. It can somehow help but not an outright cure.
